Anyone out there weigh there hybrid?

Im interested in knowing the weight of a b powered CX/VX With 4 wheel disks. Any numbers would be great.

Well my 93 CX with b16 and 4 wheel discs weighed in at 2040 w/out me and 3/4 tank of gas Yeah it was pretty gutted, no carpet, rear seats panels- just front two seats, door panels and dash were left.

 

95cx with b16a and gutted rear interior 2100. but i know there was more weight to be taken out

Where do you weigh your cars at? Weigh stations..truck stops?

 

Stripped CX=1900 pounds. I wheigh mine at a food prossesing plant.

 

Is that with a CX motor?
I weigh in at the track, most 1/4 mile tracks have weigh stations.

no AC , PS , gutted interior , half tank o gas

still have to ditch the sunroof , cage builder starts on it in two weeks.

my goal is sub 2100 WITH cage.

 

92 vx, gsr motor, turbo, integra seats, 2460 without me.

 

wow what a fatty, is that with 4 wheel disk? I suppose your manifold,turbo and IC, pipping and all that is adding a bit of weight but it couldnt be adding 200 LBS could it? What else you got in there?

drums in back. 16' konig rims. the seats are leather (front and back) no stereo, no a/c, no p/s, i don't know. i thought everybodys hatch weighed that much?

 

2240 lbs...93 cx with gsr motor and suspension. I have full interior with gsr seats and a/c ,pwr windows, locks and stereo.

 

Truck stops really let cars in, dont the CHP get mad?

Your thinking weight stations on the side of the road. Try a Truck Stop like where they get gas. There is usually a scale there. The one down the road from me costs $1. Just go in and tell em what your gonna do and tell them to wait till you get out of the car first before they weigh it.

i watched a show on discovery channel awhile ago... a 600lb man wanted to wiegh himself before and after going on a deit, so he sat in a car at a truckstop and got weighed, then they weighed the car and subtracted the difference. then he went on a diet, lost like 200lbs and went back to weigh himself again and it said he only lost like 5 lbs. it turns out that truck stop scales round off like hundreds of lbs b/c trucks can weigh like 20 tons or whatever. so dont think that your getting the real weight. i think thats why you see such unbelievable weights posted on here sometimes, alot of people go to truck stops w/ their 2000 lb car, and the reading is way off.
