Default Which oil to use for turbo?

Im going to be changing the oil on my integra soon and was hoping i could get some advice on what to use..
first off, i have a small oil burning problem and im using 10w30 quakerstate. seems to work good. ive used mobil 1 trisynthetic and i went through that stuff too quick .
my question is this, i know thicker oil will not burn as fast, but may also not make the car as quick. the turbo uses oil too , so if i used too thick of oil, would the turbo bearings run into problems? ive always wondered this? what would you guys use? thanks

i just asked my dad, he said that it doesnt matter how thick of oil you use. the turbo will still spin the same and not be slowed down. is this true?

no im not really good at using the search function. i think it only picks up on key words and i have trouble using it. besides, i can build up how many times ive posted and look at in the future by not searching. lol
