This unit features an internal wastegate system but can be externally wastegated as well.

I had this turbochargeron my Honda Prelude 2000 and I'm getting full boost at 3000 RPM only, This same unit is usable on most vehicles with 4 cylinder engines above 2.0L and also on 6 cylinder engines.
I thoroughly inspected, cleaned and lubricated it and yep. No trace of wear on it.,
Of course, no shaft play at all, no rust/dirt, no broken bolts, no cracks and it spins very freely with 2-3 seconds of afterspin.
