depends. do you really want to spend ~$400 more than the jdm 4-1 for a "little" more performance? between mugen and spoon, it's all up to you, imho.

and remember to add in the cost for a new catalytic converter or test pipe.

(i currently have a spoon header)

Spoon>Mugen>JDM OE

Depends what you are looking to do in the future...They get restrictive after awhile.

i agree as well, why just those 3? and with the price range you're spending on the mugen and spoon, how is the JDM one factor in? if you want best bang for the buck, i'd go jdm 4-1. if not think about hytech, toda, smsp.

Get something that very few folks have like the Mugen 4-2-1 Gymkhana spec header! I dun know how the performance of this header is but I think it it'a be worth a try.

itr jdm 4-1 is worth every penny ! IMO besides its been proven to hold up fine on a 10's n/a car ..

Why not Toda? For the money, I'd go JDM ITR 4-1, but if I felt like spending more it'd by Toda, SMSP or Hytech.

little ot, would a jdm 4-1 be restrictive w/ JUN 3's?

DITTO

That and I'm waiting to see what kind of numbers come out of that T1R power header

SMSP or Hytech if you are willing to shell out the money for a Spoon or Toda header.

basically it wouldn't allow you to have the full potential with a setup like that. toda, hytech and smsp seem to be the highest yielding hp header out there. also i suggest witha setup like JUN 3's, i'd think about getting a test pipe to get maximum power. but if you are worried about cops, enviornment etc, just stick with a high flow cat.

Why not Toda? For the money, I'd go JDM ITR 4-1, but if I felt like spending more it'd by Toda, SMSP or Hytech.
my exact thoughts

I agree, get something that not a lot of people have. I have the JG header, I paid less for the JG then a brand new OEM JDM 4-1 header costs, and it gives a bit more low end torque (per the butt dyno), and has the same high end power as the JDM. I am more than pleased with the JG, try something new, dont just get what everybody else has.

I agree. Toda 4-2-1. If not, go Spoon 4-2-1. Midrange is very nice to have.
