Somewhere in there you might find something useful.
It really depends on a lot of things, like where you want the power and how much you're willing to spend for it.

Look like to me that mugen is always at the bottom of the pack.
I personally would go with the DC JDM header. I think you can find them for around $275.

Of course results may vary, but you get a good idea of quite a few of the more popular ones.

You can check the great header test.......link posted above...but i'll still put in my .02 cents..
Stock 98 ITR 164whp
Taken off dyno...SMS header installed, exhaust bolted back.....Put back on dyno..
Stock 98 ITR w/ ONLY SMSP header (stock intake ecu etc) 187whp.
23whp gain from only the SMS, dyno was posted on HT to back my sh*t up

That was the SMSP header and his 2 1/2" exhaust vs. the stock car. IIRC

I would like to know the same. 23whp for a header hooked up to 2.25'' exhaust seems hard to believe. He must mean everything SMSP from the header to the muffler which I would guess would cost around the same as a turbocharger.

the 23whp i am reffering to is myown experience with the SMSP header.
It was the SMSP header and my own custom made exhaust, which is a 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust to a spoon n1 muffler. Its a full 2.5" exhaust, the spoon flange was cut and a 2.5" flange was welded in place. The entire set up cost round $1200.
I understand it is hard to believe, but i did post my graphs up,they should still be around somewhere

I think the rest of us were just trying to include the fact that the 23 whp gain included a 2 1/2" exhaust in addition to the header (vs. using the stock ITR exhaust with the SMSP header).
Still a nice gain by only replacing the exhaust!!
