Default high power on stock cams

I remember seeing a dyno/post where someone got like, 190whp out of stock ITR cams. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Can you post the dyno? Yes I've done a search.
I'd also like the details of the particular setup if anyone knows them. Compression, supporting mods, fuel management, etc. Thanks.

chris just put down 198whp with 100 octane

he had 12.5-7 CR lightweight flywheel and kosei k-1

that was the 3rd or 4th dyno run he did, and there was only 4 miles total on the motor

it was built with all honda parts by lawrence @DSR

I am going for mid 190 whp on 91 octane and 200+on 100 octane

i have not dynoed because I am saving up for a new header
my setup is
portlow inner springs
portflow ti retainer
jdm itr pistons (with head & flat valves im in the mid to high 11 cr ration)
rc 310's
gsr head with
itr cams/outersprings/lmas
REV SS valves (flat faced, oversized)
5 angle valve job
portflow cam gears
skunk2 IM
soon to have bigger TB
j's racing intake with soon to be cut-out headlight
ats fd in r tranny
comptech flywheel
hondata s200

I dont think i have seen or heard of anyone hitting 200whp on r cams with 91-93 octane

im sure it can be done though

Thanks for all the replies. I am wondering how much I can get out of ITR cams, since that is probably what I am going to be going with (poor man's ITR ).

Bob, what kind of header are you going to get?

[EDIT] I am going to be running 93 octane.. [/EDIT]

Yup, EP was the first person i thought of. Either way, its going to be expensive because without extensive tuning, it will be hard to make that much power, but on the contrary, the same amount of money to make 208whp could make more power.

Mods:
Topspeed ported cylinder head, milled .0012" (11.15:1 CR)
Toda Header w/ 2.25" test pipe
01 ITR intake cam, 98 ITR exhaust cam
OBD1 Skunk2 ECU and A'PEXi V-AFC

Spoon flywheel and Exedy organic clutch
