my reason round of tuning (stock cams 208whp)

Default my recent round of tuning (stock cams 208whp)

ok first off...heres the plot....


green was stock timing and fuel pressure, cam gears at tdc

the red was 50 psi, 17 degrees, int:1 degree advance, exh:2 degrees retard and pulled in 3rd gear....max was 205

blue was same but pulled in 4th gear....

list of mods are jdm spec motor, mugen headgasket, mugen ecu, mugen header, spoon cat-jack, mugen twin-loop(yes it was on while dynoing) and a few other goodies....

any questions? fire away...ill try and answer to the best of my knowledge...

tuning done by dynamic autosport 949-457-1234...i am by no way sponsored or affiliated with them...just good guys that always take care of me...

thats freaking AMAZING, makes me not wanna get CAMS. Hey do you think the JDM motor and ECU had ALOT to do with this???

Awesome! Makes me wanna get a stock J SPEC MOTOR Hehe... any idea how much WHP you make with a stock jdm motor... any dyno plots for that?

mugen 4-1 with 2.5 collector...and yes...i just swapped out the the us pistons for the higher compression jdm ones

that graph is too fuzzy!!! that is really damn good numbers, on stock cams no doubt!!! wat CR are you running? only thing to the motor is JDM ITR pistons?

very impressive indeed, restoring some faith to m000gin products

EDIT: are those numbers SAE or uncorrected?

The blurry picture could be playing tricks on my eyes, but I believe the plots are labeled "SAE Corrected Horsepower" and "SAE Corrected Torque."

other contributing items:
vp 103
lightwieght tires and wheels (mf10's and hoosier r3s03)
lightwieght flywheel (jun)
lightwieght clutch (mugen)
lightwieght rotors (mugen)

im sure these last items can be argued over...but i believe they all helped because the engine still has to accelerate them..
oh yeah...thanks ED....

no p/s or a/c

Should still be in the 200s...A/C won't have any effect as long as the unit is not turned on (and the belt is therefore not being driven). Power steering accounts for 4-5 whp if I remember correctly, so that would still put him at 203-204 whp.

Mugen parts + stock cams + good tuning ownz j00!

200 whp with no head????? i mean ported head!!! no cams!!! where did that motor come from i'll take two!!!!
