what are the best REAR springs tp put on a ef civic?
yesterday i put some progress springs all around on th car and i like the front, but the back springs suck!, they seized up on me so much that i jacked the back of the car up and the springs were holding the control arm up and the rims off the ground. I bounce around wayyyy too much in the back of the car and my back is seriously hurting, what springs woud everyne reccomend puttin on, i want it to be kinda low, but i dont want a spring rate thats as harsh as these progress springs.

SKUNK IS JUNK But buy it if you like stuff made in Taiwan only their suspension is made in taiwan but all their other stuff is good
