What would that entail?
Would I just extend the positive and negative wires and purchase a 96 usdm distributor cap for an external coil, or would I need something like a msd pro cap? Then just purchase an eternal coil and hook it all up?

try to see if a 90-91 or 92 accord distributor will work....I had to buy a new distributor cap for my JDM h22a when i had it and the USDM caps won't work because of that internal coil....but the older accords had that internal coil...so I went to the dealer and bought a distributor cap for the older accords and it worked perfect...same style as the jdm h22 distributor. So see if that will work.
oh also...

may have some of the internal coiled distributor caps for the jdm h22a (I lucked out and they had one in stock)...just make sure to ask if they have them and don't assume or they might send you a usdm version.
