How to build a box?
first you need to clean out your tire well very well, then purchase a lot of fiberglass matting, fiberglass resin, catylist, and tin foil,
lay the tin foil out in your tire well tape corners to hold into place, next mix your resin and catlyist use a paint brush and work the resin into the glass, try not to get any air bubbles, first lay about 1/8" of glass all the way around and let cure, grind any air bubbles out and repeat the process until 1/4" thick with no airbubbles, next take your face pace, (wood) and use fiberglass resin, catylist and sawdust and use that to connect your wood to the fiberglass bottom let cure pull out of your tire well and should look good, thats how i used to do it, i put 3 fosgate 12's in my 95 civic coupe one time, got rid of them cause of ohm load problems but anyways if you take your time and wear a resperator it should turn out good, dont rush it, hope this helps

Thanks, that helps alot. How long would you say this all takes? also how much would it be for the rein and catlyist? how much of that stuff do i need?
i dont know how much its gonna cost, but i priced fiberglass for my pillar dual pods. and it was bout 100 dollas. might be less this is the first price i got. and thats only to cover about a 2' by 1' area
the best place to find fiberglass resin and mat for cheap is your local hardware superstore. i found a big can of resin for 20 bucks. enough to do my box and a friends.
