i have a 97 LS that I installed a fmax kit(didn't install the head gasket yet) and after driving it at about 7psi around for about 15 mins the car didn't feel like it was boosting right and lots and LOTS of WHITE smoke (didn't have a sweet smell so I don't think its coolant) poored out the exhaust and hood. We got it back into the garage and the car was idling funny like a big V8. So come to find out the air breather shot a bunch of oil everywhere and vaccum line had come off between the top of the tial wastegate and the turbo. Tured it off started it back up a couple on minutes later and the car barely started. The car was smok'in like crazy, delayed throttle response (not boosting at all). what's happened hopefully I'm thinking it just the head gasket but everyone seems to have a different opinion...

 

white smoke = COOLANT

Blue Smoke = OIL

Black Smoke = Too Rich

Any other color smoke And/or flames RUN!!!!!!!!1

It's the head gasket bro.
