well...i raced a kid the other night...99' supercharged Mustang Cobra...says he ran a 12.1 at the track...so after i wipped his friend(92 Lx trunk w/Gt40 crate motor) he comes over and wants to race...i knew what his car had...so i say no...he's like...just for fun...so i was like what the hell...i'll try!

but anyways...he gets to car lengths on me at the start...cuz i bogged at the line...soon as she spooled up...i started catching him...but...since my turbo was used...i blew the seals in the turbo...causing mad oil to run into my exhuast and making it smoke real bad...so...i send the turbo to the guy who repairs them around here..he's real good...anyways....i had it rebuilt...he said the seals and bearings were both junk(cost me $300 for parts and labor)

...anyways...i get it back on the car...start it up...then my car starts to smoke white...and antifreeze starts coming out my downpipe...(i had a pin hole)...i shut the car off and take out the plugs...

this mean i have a blown head gasket?...i took the head off...and the sleeves,pistons,and rings are all fine...everything looks great...the oil was fine...i'm guessing because i just changed it before i started it...didn't have a chance to get into the oil yet...also...it was low on antifreeze but not empty...i'm thinking the car didn't run long enough...cuz it only smoked for like 2 mins...before i shut it off...

can i head gasket just go like that??
