one of my friend's 99 civic, he bought it used and here's a little problem he is facing. one of his headlight lamp looks darker than the other one. we assumed that probably it was burned by the high watts produced by the light bulb that he intalled. i dunno if anyone has ever faced this problem before, I tried to cleaned it from outside by using Windex...but still didn't work....
