For those with Teins HA.
This may well be covered before... but i cant find anything on it.
my Question is: what is the correct way to adjust the damping on them? ive heard 2 different ways, both seem logical so im left abit confused! So could someone who "definitley" knows shed some light on this.
Bear with me....
out of the below description, which is the crrect way!!??
1.) Turn the **** all the way to the left(softest) then work your way clockwise, maximum of 16click? to the hardest setting.
OR
2.) Turn the **** all the way to the right(hardest) and work your way anti-clockwise keeping in mind not to go past 16clicks (softest)

You are all doing it worng. You turn it to the hardest setting (all the way to the RIGHT) then turn it back to the desired setting.
Trust me I am right I know. If you don't believe me, read your TEIN owners manual . . . .
BTW, doing the wrong way can very likely damage your TEINs, so start doing it the right way . . .

You guys might want to read the HA manual at http://www.tein.com
You turn it full clockwise (stiffest) then click it back counter clockwise to your setting making sure not to go past 16. Also remember at full clockwise, you are on setting 16, so start your counting at 15.

Look on page 6. Uh-oh!!!!!

You guys in the first few posts are doing it wrong.
To make you feel a little better, so was I till I read the first post and Jeff corrected me.
I was doing it just like #1 in the original post until I read the English version of the instructions in TEIN USA site. Now I'm doing it the correct way, #2.
Turn all the way to the right (full stiff), then work your way counter-clockwise. You may notice that you have more than 16 clicks ... NEVER go beyond the 16 clicks or you will damage your shock body and bottom out over bumps. Therefore, it is NOT a good idea to turn the **** all the way counter-clockwise until you cannot move anymore. Chances are you are beyond 16 clicks.
