Balance shaft bearings...

Has anyone changed them out while you were do a build up or just a re-build. Its not explained in the Helms and i don't know if it takes a special tool to remove them and replace them.

It's a job for a machineshop...they have to be pressed out and new ones pressed in. I had mine changed when I built the motor, machine shop said it's similar to doing cam bearings on v8s.
