Default How to Determine?

How can you tell its a real type r...besides the wing and the rims. Any other specific signs? Cause theres a lot of ricers who have look alikes

side molding (None on the type-r), no sunroof, seats, guage cluster, rear shocks are a few easy ways.

look at the vin #, if it says dc231..... then it is a type R

Red stiched interior, 8400 rpm tach, small Type R plaque with number on armrest, no door trim on the body like on gsr's, ls's, no sunroof, 5 lug wheels and exceptional 3rd gear vt3c.

5 lugs wheels, front lip, no sun roof, championship white/ pheonix yellow / black paint, inside arm rest with number, red stiching seats and shift ****, of course ITR stickers...the rest is hard to see without more investigating

the only sure way to know if it is truly an R, is to look at the vin#, unless of course they do a vin # swap.
