its probably just instructions on how to reprogram your existing ECU, imo load of crap

if youre only looking to add another 20hp just get yourself a cheap turbo setup, manifold, small turbo, some pipes an fmu and boom ur done, altho wtih something like that i wouldnt recommend boosting over 4-5lbs lol but it would give you atleast 20 extra ponies easily
