Quick question...
'95 Civic - What wire from the distributor is the tach signal?

I just used the Wire up by the Firewall. Its a blue wire with Silver Stripe and a Plug on the end of it. It is located on the upper right hand corner by the firewall.

You can tap it from behind the gauge cluster too... That's what i do when I put in tachs... Personally I don't like them... The CTR cluster is good for me.. hehe... If you got the cluster pulled out anyways to tap illumination then why not just get a ground and tach signal too... This all makes sense to me unless you are putting a tach under your hood or something...

Will the accuracy of the tach be an issue if you tap in behind the cluster as opposed to the distributor itself?
