Default What devices effect your idle?

Let's all add to this:
Trottle body idle adjustment screw
Idle Air Control Valve (IACV)
Vaccum lines connected to the Intake Manifold
Gaskets

For some reason my car is idling really low like when my cars warmed up the idle drops down to like 650rpm. But I think it's my timing.

650rpm is the stock idle specification for your engine.

The noise you hear after you installed the header was always there...Its just that the header has thinner walls than the stock manifold so you will hear more of the combustion process as its happening in your head...
