h22 swap into 5th gen
on a scale from 1-10, would you say this is a fairly easy swap to DIY? i'm not a mechanic, but from what i hear, its not the hardest thing to do. is there a site that gives detailed directions or anything? if possible, i want to avoid $1500+ for a shop to do it. any input is apprciated......
and another question, when will i be out of trial member status? how long do you have to wait to be come a member?

Also someone on HT I believe revised that write-up and posted it on HT, you might want to run a search for that.

also on Accordinglydone.com there is some decent info
i did my 96 h22 in a 96 accord
if you have any questions.. email them to me and ill get to them ASAP
its not the toughtest, just following basic knowledge and get both manuels
but be prepared to spend some money on other "stuff" that comes up. you wont know what to get till you have to replace it. i found a few things that were to wore out to just keep on for the sake of being cheap

how much time do you think it takes? i mean days that would be spent....completly on that and only that. i mean like from morning till midnight.....how many of those days would it take? or am i looking too much into it? would it even take more then one full day if i had all the parts?

yea a h22 is pretty simple. you may want to get a obdI (92-95) h22 considering ur car is obdI, it makes the swap alot smoother not having to worry about that obdII to obdI crap.
it should take anywhere from a few days to a week depending on how much work u do in a day, what parts u need, and problems u have. in my opinion if everything goes well u could pull the swap off in a few days if u have all the parts and dont run into any major problems.
hope this helps, just my .02
