Rear Big Brake Kits
70% or more of the braking is done by the front, upgrading the rear is unnecessary and a waste of money IMHO
plus if you want larger brakes up front dont waste your money on that aem cross drilled trash
upgrade to stock blanks off the wagon/v6 which use a larger caliper which is also on the itr's and instead of using the stock caliper go and buy a 4-piston wilwood or other stock replacement for the itr and a good set of pads, and boom your done

Being that the AEM kit uses the stock calipers, I would imagine that if the kit is an OEM replacement/upgrade it would work. It may require a little fabrication.
the best brake upgrade and cheapier then AEM big brake or whatever,
front: Brembo blanks from the v6/wagon accord, and 90-93 legend gs 2 piston calipers, cant go wrong with that
rear: brembo blanks and better pads
new brake lines all the way around

You'd be surprised on how many people don't know that the fluid affects brake performance...
Well I have the aem big brake kit in the front with SSBC 4 pot calipers. I have cross drilled brembo rotors in the back but it just looks too puny with my 18inch rims.

anyone know the specs on the rear 94-95 legend GS sedan or 93-95 coupes are like? I'm curious if that caliper would fit up to the accord's rear brakes... keeping the brake setups a bit more balanced than heavy 2-pot calipers up front and dinky accord rear ones.
