Well, today i took the advice of some fellow H-T members and cleaned out my vtec solenoid filter...Thank god i did that, there were metal shavings all in the damn filter...Anyway i went for a test drive and of course ran it hard for a bit, at the vtec engagment in 3rd in 4th gear it will stutter hardcore then work like nothing ever happend....Think i should replace the whole thing and not worry about fu**in with the old one???????????

 

my LS/VTEC does that ****, i think..... it's like stutters, and then engages right...

 

No CELs ? Do you get a CEL ever ? I had a dying 02 that used to do that in my LSVT...

 

Yea thats what mine does.
Only CEL im getting is TPS....BUT vtec stuttered even when the TPS was working.

 

Replace it.
