You can gut out your stock pipe if you want. I personally just took the testpipe off of my car about half an hour ago because I lost power with it.

Just take the damn cat out and tell the cops you thought the resignator was the cat. Just act stupid!! Most american cars dont have resignators, so there you go. Act dumb
