Default Overheating problem!

I have a 93 civic cx, and it has issues in the cooling system. When i start it up and let it get warm, the hose going from the radiator to the motor stays cold, and the bottom half of the radiator stays cold. When i hit the throttle, coolant blows into the overflow bottle. I drained the radiator and the coolant was is still cold after the car runs. If i drive the car it overheats after 5 miles. I replaced the thermostat, and radiator cover, so im wondering if maybe the problem could be in the radiator? Theres no signs of it being the head/h.g. What do you think it could be????

sounds like head gasket. Even if it was just t-stat, you wouldn't be blowing into the overflow
