i just got a 1998 civic hx, a couple of months ago and i am looking to do some tuning. i want to do cat back exhaust, cold air intake, header, ecu, vtec controler, etc. but i don't know the diff. between my hx and an ex. my friend has a 95 ex, my hx is faster and i know it's vtec-clean burn. does anyone know what engine it is or what will or won't work on it?

I don't know much about HX's...BUT I WANT YOUR WHEELS!!! Trade me!! I do know that they have roller rockers!

 

ahh a good ol' hx i gota 97 for the most part ex parts will work. the hx has three cats yay! two of witch are located in the stocck headers. if you do an exhaust and headers it will make a bid diffrence. when buying your headers buy ex ones the onlydiffrence is that we have our second 02 censer lower down on the header so i'll need to extend it. if you have any other questions feel free to im me on aim my screename's ellisonsux
