question on suspension for a friend of mine, where to find good parts and some other q's
I have a friend who just bought a 92 lx and was asking me where he could get some suspension parts, mostly springs for cheap, i told him ebay, but he said he didnt like it and blah blah blah, so im not sure where to start, i think maybe kteller8(mike) might now some, where else could i have him look?
edit: is it just me or is this place really been laggin a bit lately?

get some good springs..like H&R, eibach or max it out with tein.
Eibach ownz me for alot of reasons..it's good ****

yeah HT is laggy, maybe because i posted like 5 megs worth of vw pics in the exhaust thread here......
tirerack.com has good prices on h&r springs, the only ones i would put on my cars from now on.

I ran with Ground Controls/Tokicos for a year or so. The switch from that **** to H&Rs simply blew me away why people run those god awful things.
My current setup = H&R Race Springs, Koni Yellows, ST rear sway bar, neuspeed front upper bar, ebay rear upper bar.
people with sandy vaginas about non-adjustable suspensions can be satisified, the adjustable
With the koni yellows you have the adjustable spring perches, so those who have damper on the konis is super nice. Caddy-smoof to rock hard thanks to the h&rs and konis. Ive rode in/driven a lot of tuned cars, and the only one that rides better than this combo is bens VR6 (full h&r coilovers = $$$$$$$)

i had eibach pro kit and the koni yellows and the ride on that is pretty impressive, compared to my friends gc with tokico blues, my ride is alot better (no where near as mouch bounce) and it out handles his setup. im not doubting the H&R's at all, i think they are both good springs, i guess which ever is cheapier at the time, then go with that. either way IMO you will satisfied
