Default ITR pistons in a b16

Does anyone know what the compresion jumps to using ITR pistons in a stock B16?
I know SCC had a guide, but I can't find the issue.
Thanks for any and all help

ok.... so far I've found this out... You gain compression with ITR or CTR pistons, the CTR piston being the tallest.

Does anyone have solid experiences with this upgrade... and I'm looking for real compression numbers....

Tanks...
