Default Engine Light: Code 43?

My check engine light came on on my 92 civic DX, I checked the code and its code 43. In the Haynes Manual I have it says:

Circuit or system- Fuel Supply System, Oxygen Sensor
Corrective action- Check the fuel pressure, fuel pressure regulator, check for any vacum leaks.

Has any one else had this code before, if so what did you to to fix it? What would the most likely cause be, where should I start to diagnose the problem? In the "circuit or system" it says oxygen sensor as well, wouldn't I be getting a code 1 if it were the oxygen sensor? should I try replacing the oxygen sensor?

Thanks for any help!

I had the same problem in my 91 CRX a while back. I replaced the fuel filter, ran some injector cleaner and I haven't got the code since then. I would try something simple like that and also check your fittings on the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, etc.

Reset your ECU, start the car, let it warm up, and take it out for a test drive... If the code returns, check 02 sensor...you may need to replace it.
