Weird CEL code P0087 Fuel Rail System Pressure too low
My car went in limp mode for 2 months and really need help to fix. I was driving on the highway when my a check engine light came on. I brought it to the mechanic who read a P0087 code Fuel Rail Pressure too low. So far I've changed the in tank fuel pump, the fuel rail pressure sensor and and the high pressure fuel pump and I'm still getting the code. It is a 2004 Honda Stream Absolute Japan made and imported into Jamaica. It is a GDI fuel system. brought it to 4 different mechanics already and none have yet to solved the problem. Visited the mechanic the other day only to find that they placed my car way to the far side and no one seems to be attending to it. So i am forced to bring it home to diagnose it myself. Have anyone here experienced a p0087 error code? Please tell me what i'm missing. So far i have purchased my own scan tool, and mechanical tools to do the work myself. any help is welcomed.

This part of the site is for 1992 to 2000 models. As general advice you should obtain a factory service manual for your car or one with the same engine system and follow the troubleshooting process described there.
