02'accord coupe engine light on(sometimes)

Ok so my engine light comes on sometimes and the car doesn't let me go over 3000rpms then if you let it sit for an hour or sometimes even over night it goes off and its fine?Is it my govener?

Take it to the dealer, should be under warranty.

GET THE CEL CODE AND LET US KNOW..please!!
no bolt on wouldnt void anything except you have a supercharger or turbo.
