Default Real High Idle

Hey everyone... something weird is happening to my car. Me and my friend sprayed a bottle of the throttle body cleaner and the usual happened... hard to start, etc. Before, the idle was fine but now, its high after I sprayed the bottle in. The idle is about 2500 and I have been driving the car for about 2 weeks now. Can someone give me some ideas of what is going on? Also, he said I can adjust the idle speed with a flat head screwdriver... but is that screw really hard to turn? Thanks for the tips.

maing, like the slot you stick the screwdriver is too shallow. It just slips off. I dunno why it is that way but it pisses me off.

it idles at 250rpm.

w00t!!

the throttle body isnt stuck cause I tried pushing the cable holder down and when I release it, it goes back to the same high idle. How hard should the screw be to turn to adjust the idle? Thanks

lol, damn

well if you can find the same screw from somewhere to replace it, take the t/b off, soak it in pb blaster overnight, try again. And if that does not work out use a screw extractor, drill hole, use screw extractor....
