The stock bar mounts to a different location on the chassis than the ST bar--I'm not talking about the endlinks, I'm talking about the main chassis bushings.

The ST bar is thicker and solid compared to the EX bar. I'm not sure it's worth the effort to install an EX bar, just get the ST bar.
BTW, I have an EX and drilled holes too.

Im a little confused over the kind of bars.
For the front of the car there's a:
upper strut and sway bar, is there a lower tie bar?
For the rear of the car there's a:
upper strut, sway bar and lower tie bar, anything else?

Let me clear up the controversy of drilling holes right here, right now.
When installing the ST bar, the endlinks must be mounted to the trailing arms via bracket. That bracket requires a hole. The EX models came with an OEM bracket that had a hole already. That OEM bracket must be removed. Now the ST bar is designed in such a way that makes the endlink bolts NOT vertical when install into the orginal mounting hole. If you want them vertical, you MUST drill a hole about 1 inch forward of the original OEM hole. I'm not sure what the advantages of having them not vertical verus verticle would be, but I drilled the holes when I did mine and I'd prefer them vertical.

Ze LX and DX models (5th gens anyway) have the hole already drilled in the trailing arm as well. I used that. The *** end of my car slides out. It makes me smile, like this:
