Default Want to know what springs and shocks i should kit

In the next couple of weeks my Integra Type R should be in my hands. I am thinking about doing a spring and shock kit for my Type R. Should I go with Sprint or Eibach springs. Koni adjustable's or Neuspeed? Tokico shocks? Let me know. I am willing to spend the money, if it's going to be a better product. Any info would be appreciated. As well as any pics you have available, regaurding the setup either you or your friends prefer. BTW I want adjustable shocks.

Learn to drive the car before changing anything.

Auto-x will teach you a lot.

Oh, and I fixed the title of the thread.

Learn to drive the car. If you want some lower-cost upgrades once you have a good understanding/reasonable level of skill with the stock suspension, a rear upper strut and/or larger sway bars may be an option. I had my suspension totally stock for 18 months and am still learning the car's capabilities/limits...

Actually, get the car first, then learn to drive it.

I agree with everybody that the ITR suspension is very, very good - but it can be improved dramatically if done correctly.

My concern was that he didn't even have the car, yet, to know if he even wanted to change it.

What do you have, Flux?
That is true..

My set-up:
JDM 23mm rear sway
TODA Racing FIGHTEX Coilovers (10k/8k)
Spoon front and rear tower bars

For the origional poster, listen to these guys and get the car first, be careful with it and take it to a few autocrosses to get acquainted with it, after 2 or 3 events you will probably be totally addicted to the drug known as X and hopefully will learn that racing STOCK is one of the BEST ways to learn all about your new car.

The car is simply awesome completely stock.

And Jon,,, hows that setup working out? Am I correct that you recently got the Toda Fightex goodies? How does this all feel for autocross for transitions and slaloms?

A.
