I'm getting ready to re-assemble my engine.........AGAIN. Can I reuse my cometic head gasket? Normally i'd just go buy a stock head gasket, but i've got an 84.5mm bore block and I don't think a stock b20 head gasket will work.

I bought some copper gasket spray, after doing some research. But I need to know if it's reasonably safe to re-use my head gasket.

 

better to be safe than sorry...............get a new one

you should have your decks resurfaced and get a new headgasket, save your self the trouble of having to go back in and replace it when it starts leaking. Plus it's piece of mind.
