Hi Gentz, I am new here!

I recently purchased a Honda Ballade 180i(I am from South Africa), and the car has some weird idle issues buggiing me out! The car idles very high 1.3-2k rmp, and when I press the brakes it goes to 2.5k rpm.

I already changed the IAVC with three different ones, the Fast Idler has been tightned and cleaned. Checked the coolant lines to the IAVC it gets warm after I got the block out.

I also get code 11 on the CEL flashes, but I cant seem to figure anything out as most people differ on what code 11 is.
