Default Possible fuel issues need help

B20 swapped 93 civic eg hatchback. Obd1 ECU and harness with obd2 injectors. It has jackspanian fuel rail and AN lines with factory fuel pump. Car won’t rev up properly and drops fuel pressure when revved. It idles a little high but stays idling and running. Map sensor and TPs have to be unplugged for it to run like this otherwise it’ll just die. TPs and map sensors have been replaced and the connectors are placed properly. Sometimes if the car sits and crank back up it’ll rev up fine but after a minute the pressure just drops.

replaced the FPR cleaned IACV and replaced some of the AN lines back to rubber lines still reading low fuel pressure what could this even be. Someone please help. When map and TPs were replaced I have no CEL codes but it still ran the same. Something fuel delivery problem what yall think? Jackspanian fuel filter? Rail? Banjo AN line?

The small JS fuel filter could be a problem. Have you cleaned it out or removed the internal filter just to test the flow for a moment ? Also, what "OBD-1" ECU are you running ? Is it stock or chipped ? It doesn't make sense that the engine only runs when you have the TPS and MAP sensors unplugged... something is bad wrong there. If the B20 is stock internally, the engine should run reasonably well on a P75 ECU. One last thing: You mentioned that you have "OBD-2" fuel injectors... can you be more specific as to what engine they came out of ? Remember that the D16Y7 engine came with 195cc fuel injectors, whereas all "B" series engines and the D16Y8 engine came stock with 235cc (some say 240cc) injectors. If you have the small ones, this can also be a problem.

Injectors are b series stock and checking the inline filter today and gonna try to clean some parts and the ECU is obd1 P75 car runs pretty health right until you give it full throttle it bogs and drops fuel pressure but if you rapidly tap the throttle on and off it’ll pick up rpms still can’t drive it though in this condition.
