Default Weird Issue on Neptune RTP

Hi guys,

im experiencing a weird issue, the car would behave normal, and out of the blue it would run rich, but the map hasnt changed.

I checked the datalogging, and noticed the Fuel Value not correllating with the Table Value that it hovers on.

Eg, on idle, the fuel table is region of 180ish, but the data shows the Fuel value to be 250ish? And there are not corrections that i noticed would add so additional Fuel much to it.

Also noticed the battery voltage to be mid to high 11's

Any ideas?

We've also tested with an extra Neptune, same issue

If you download the map from the RTP and it matches your expectations then it's likely something in your settings, your wideband, or a mechanical issue. As you stated it acts the same with multiple units. The system will give repeatable results when properly setup.

The fuel value shown is the final fuel value, not the table fuel value.

The final fuel value is with the corrections etc, so it shouldnt be to far off the table value, unless theres a heavy correction?

The car behaved fine for weeks, and then suddenly started overfueling with nothing changing on the ecu. hence us testing with another ecu to verify.

i will try to make a log of it. thanks

If the other ECU acted the same way that would lead to something else being the issue, if your tune remained the same.
