My eg4 1994 Honda eg d15b7 manual, doesn't have the power it needs.
The acceleration is slow, when I put my foot all the way to the floor in second gear or even third, sometimes first nothing happens apart from feels worse and sounds funny.
When i give it a full foot blip in neutral it just sounds bad and doesnt climb rpms quick.
It just doesnt have the power it needs and feels off.
It idles well.

information to note:
It is chipped cat and does have an exhaust muffler, also aftermarket ''whale *****'' intake.

I have replaced and diagnosed the following:
- fuel pump
- fuel filter
- O2 sensor
- looked at cat blockage
- cleaned throttle body
- Spark plugs good
- new brake master cylinder
- good fuel pressure I believe.

any fellow Honda nerds please give me some help!
