So guys I have my d16 turbo car would usually idle at 1500rpm IACV unplugged until one day I changed my pcv but i remember re placing it before because I was burning oil but that wasn’t the case until now it started surging I had replaced my brake booster ran a smoke machine through my vaccum hose into the intake and I don’t see no smoke other than the fact I don’t have a idle screw like the one you use a flat head for near the MAP sensor but I’ve been riding the car like that and never have given an issue I don’t know what to look for at this point and it’s bad I drive the car it goes but once I let off the gas it stays at that rpm of wherever I let off then once I get to 2nd gear it cuts like fuel cuts or ignition cuts at 2k rpm or if not it’ll keep gliding like giving itself gas and then the brakes get super stiff and also I have a new map and new tps and getting signals from both and with hondata you can see that there’s a leak I just don’t know what to do at this point or where to check if any one can help I would really appreciate it feel free to improvise! With the charge piping off start the car and then cover the full throttle body with your hand. It should die, if it keeps running you have a vacuum leak somewhere after the throttle body.

if it dies then look inside the throttle body there should be two holes, bottom one goes to fitv, plug this with one finger. If it idles normal then you have a backed out fitv. If it makes no difference then it’s tight and move onto the top hole which goes to the iacv.
