Default B series pcv block offs help

Building my b18a1 looking for 300-350 no more than 15lbs everything is ready to put together and did research on PCV system wondering if this is something I should worry about with my build goal. Or if I should just leave the stock alone.

after research I was thinking about blocking off the main one on the block with a 35mm or sum freeze plug. The other 2 14mm hex ones on my previous b20 block was using an adapter on both with a hose routing into each other I’ll show a picture of what it kinda looked like. Just wanna know what my best bet is. Should I run a catch can should I just leave it stock what’s best for my b18a1 15lbs of boost build also trying to keep it budget friendly. Could I get away with feeeze plugging then running the fitting and hose into each other with maybe an atmospheric pressure releasing filter in between the hoses to vent out the extra pressure from boost

below the drawing is the hose drawing and the other port freeze plugged this was kinda my plan besides a pressure releasing filter in the hose
