Hose question next to Fuel Filter B16A2
There this canister thing right under my battery under the fuel filter.
and theres a hose connected to it heading towards the block. The hose basically came loose and I dont know where it goes but I think it goes to the block right above the radiator hose?...
If someone can confirm this it would help. Also what is that came loose?

Does one of your charcol canister hoses connect to the block?
I just want to make sure it goes there before I connect it.
But im throwing a code now and saw a hose loose....want to make 10000% sure it goes there lol...im a lil paranoid like that

Yes - The charcoal canister connects to the intake manifold. There should be a hose that comes from it, goes into the Purge solenoid, and then from there into the intake manfold. The purge valve is what opens to allow vacuum from the intake to suck out the fuel vapors the canister was storing.
If you want to be really sure, can you take a pic?

Oh...I see.
If you have the line that goes to the IM already connected, then the other line leads back to the gas tank.
