Default Few issues with a 2010 crv 4wd

So I recently picked up a 2010 crv with a 175k some long shifts*under moderate load but doesn't slam into gear or anything. I ran thur it when I bought it oil, diff, trans, ps,brake fluid were all changed. Tune up doneTrans was dark but not burnt .Has new cats.im having two issues this is getting horrible gas mileage like 10-12 mpg .
anyone know what the fuel psi is supposed to be at the rail would like to throw a gauge on to monitorAnd under heavy load going up hill won't shift past 4th gear and is maxed out about 60 mph 4-5k rpm. Is the valve body and shift solenoids accessible without removing the trans ? .Contemplating just swapping in a cheap low mile used unit when I address the rear main

*will hold gear up to 3.5 to 5k before shifting

did you use OEN Honda trans fluid?? Honda transmissions are sensitive to fluid and fluid levels.

My 2007 CR-V downshifts a lot, but not at the RPMs yours is. When cruising at 70 on a level road it's in fifth, about 2500 rpm. When I go up a hill, even a small one, it will downshift at least once, often twice (into third gear). I was concerned about this but I've learned to live with it. My mileage is around 23.
