What market are you located in ? In the US, you would need a 37820-P2E-A00 (A01 and A02 work as well). Depending on the market, a version "32" is a 50/50 shot at being a manual ECU.

The last three digits of the part number denote the programming version and the transmission type. With respect to the transmission type, there is some ambiguity as to what a 30-ish version represents... sometimes it can be a manual and other times it can be an automatic. Versions between 00 and 19 will be manual: and those above 50 will be automatic...

The key portion of the ECU part number that corresponds with the engine type is the middle three digits: P2E is a D16Y7 ECU... always. The P2P ECU is for the SOHC VTEC D16Y8, and the P2T ECU represents the B16A2 DOHC VTEC engine.

Since you are located in the US market, the ECU part number that you want would again be: 37820-P2E-A01 (to A03). The OE replacement ECU part number ends in 337, but this would be a difficult part to find because very few ECU's have been replaced with new or reman OE units in the wild, and this part number is now discontinued.
