95 civic weird ideling
thats kinda funny. I have this integra in my driveway. Its a project car that I'm working on. It does the same exact thing. I have no clue what is wrong so i'd like to know this info too. I hope someone replies with something useful and please dont say its a vaccum leak cuz its not.
My car started doing that all the time wether it was warm or cold. There is a screw on the left side of the throttle body that you can adjust to alter the idle. Mine hasn't had the problem since.

Its just ur Throttle body sucking in cold air warm air higher rpm (cold) lower rpm (warm) adjust ur throttle bottle cable very eazy to do.
you engine is throwing a code check out your o2 sensor, cause i know with my civic when i installed my h23/h22head i didnt hook up the last o2 sensor and it did that same thing and then when i put it in it stopped doing the werid ideling. so check that out
my car did the same exact thing when i swapped it...
it did it like for two months then i took it to my friend to check it...
guess what!!! two sensors where inversed... i mean the two sensors at the back of the intake manifold where connected viseversa... after correction
