Default 2001 Civic EX oil overflows into breather intake

I have a 2001 Honda Civic with V-Tech which has been stored in the garage for about two years. I went to start it and noticed that the engine ran really rough. After replacing the cam and crank sensor, 02 sensors, MAF, and fuel pump I noticed that within a minute to two minutes it engine oil would fill up the whole valve cover and flow into the Throttle body. I remove the valve cover and ran a long ride all the way down to the oil pan to make sure there were no obstruction. Please help

I would start with a compression test and basic inspection of the motor , After 2 years the gas is no good and shouldn't have been ran with it . Things should be tested before buying parts you don't need
