Default No passenger low beam

2016 Civic. Passenger side low beam isn't working. It's not the bulb. Anyone have a wiring diagram handy? I assume there's a fuse or relay just for the one side? Low beam work on drivers side. Running lights and high beams work on both sides. Thanks.

Check under-hood fuse no. C26 (10A).

Ugh, I guess there's a wiring issue. I have power on one pin and no continuity to ground on the other pin. Anyone know where exactly this socket grabs ground at for me to check it out before I give up and just run a new wire?
