Default D16Y7 4AT shifting late/hard

Hello! I have a 2000 Civic LX 199k miles.

I've mainly been doing city driving. My problem is when it eventually shifts into 3rd gear, it feels like its forcing itself to shift into 3rd and doesnt really want to. It'll shift around 2.5krpms after holding it there for about 3-4 seconds, and itll jerk a bit when she does.

1st to 2nd: @2k rpms
2nd to 3rd: @2.5k rpms after 3-4seconds, jerks, feels forced
3rd to 4th: @2.2-2.5krpms after 1-2seconds, jerks slightly less, doesnt feel as forced (i do city driving mainly, so i dont have much testing on the highway yet)

I've already drained the transmission fluid once and refilled with genuine honda fluid. Should I do multiple drains just to be sure?

UPDATE:
ive done 2 transmission drain/fills within 150 miles of each other.

today, at a stop light, the transmission slipped on acceleration BADLY. after it caught itself, it felt like there was a bunch of debris getting loosened up.

at the next stop light, the transmission shifted perfectly through all the gears with little to no jerks.

thats the best way i can explain it, but should i be worried that it slipped, even though it seems to be running perfectly afterwards?
