Im building a b20 vtec turbo build and i want some feedback
im wanting to make around 800 hp but i want to overbuild the engine for future increase in power
here is what i have so far
Darton MID Wet Sleeves Acura Integra B18A1 B18B1 B18C1 B20B B20Z 84mm - 85mm 400-145-D(i was thinking 84mm)
Supertech Forged Piston Kit - B-series B20/VTEC(84mm and 9.5cr)
SpeedFactory Racing B18A/B/B20 Forged Steel H-Beam Connecting Rods
Golden Eagle Main Girdle kit(and an oil pan to fit it)
Brian Crower - Honda B16A/B18C Stage 2 Camshafts - Forced Induction Spec
Honda B16A/B18C Spring/Titanium Retainer Kit(recommended for the cams)
King Racing High Performance Main Bearing Set For Honda/Acura
Brian Crower Honda B Series Black Adjustable Cam Gears
ACL Race Oil Pump Honda/Acura B Series Engines
skunk 2 Alpha Valves - STD Comp B VTEC - 33mm/ 28mm(not sure if they are the right ones for the job and i haven't picked out keepers)
injector Dynamics ID1300x 1300cc Fuel Injectors
and i currently have a walboro 350lph pump
planning on running 93 because that's all i can realistically get in my area
and i already have the turbo, exhaust manifold, intake, and coil pack retrofit sorted out

Hey I have almost completed a similar build with my b16a. Planned to turbo the motor. I got darton mid wet sleeves in 84mm. As well as prehalanced Wiseco pistons, some badass manley turbo tuff tribeam conrods and king race bearings. The crank has been polished and I think balanced. Got a block brace custom made at a machine shop. And also will be running an ati street damper.
For the head I went with a ferea valve train except rocker arms. I decided later to get a new set since there were grooves in some of the old rocker faces. Am currently waiting for these and a few other parts.
Cam shafts are set BC turbo 2 cams off the shelf.
I'm running the blowby ports to a catchcan as well, from the block and the valve cover. I will be using a speedfactory radiator kit with the stainless line conversion kit which has a Thermostat an-type adaptor for the connection to the radiator.
Also going to be running a knock sensor as well as coolant pressure for extra info and safety.
So engine wise that's pretty much a similar build.
Plan to run at least 20-40 psi all said and done.
Will update you with the final experience once it's running.

On and Acl race oil pump and new stock water pump, as well as an almanzar racing full ignition timing kit which has a set of cam gears, 2 sensors with brackets for cam position and crank position. Makes it super easy but realised I might have to delete power steering to mount the cam position sensor bracket.
