Default 2015 CRV- Collapsed PCV Valve hose

I had it at the dealer and they said the hose is collapsed. It keeps throwing a code saying there's an issue with the EVAP system. They ran a test on it and it appears to be fine. My question is, would a collapsed hose cause it to throw that code? Ive cleared the codes and it keeps coming back on. Gas mileage is worse and it runs rough at idle. Also, the eco mode will not work when the check engine light is on.
