Default Keep getting p0132 code

Hello! Friend gave me a 01 civic ex.
changed the thermostat, cam sensor, plugs, air filter, full fluid change, gas cap all Honda oem parts.. car sat for 7 yrs. Got a p0132 code so changed the upstream O2 sensor with denso and oem IAT sensor. I get about 100 miles or so and code comes back. Same p0132. Checked wiring and looks good. Any thoughts!?

either you're running rich, or the ECU thinks you are...

your first step should be determining which of those it is. This can be a challenge.

if the ECU thinks you are but you're not really, it's probably a wiring issue or a bad ECU. probably not too bad to fix complexity-wise.

if you are running rich, figure out why. This can be a challenge.

you'll want one of these if you don't have one yet. $75 is a pretty good deal

a full-featured OBD-II scanner at a minimum. bi-directional may be better, but this is pre-CANBUS so maybe not. Foxwell and Autel are both good brands for "home mechanics"
